Video problem might be due to an issue on the settings of your device. Here are some steps that you can follow to resolve your concern:
1. Make sure your Google Chrome is updated. To update the version of your Chrome browser, just go to this link: chrome://settings/help
2. Google Chrome will automatically check for updates and ensure the status is “Google Chrome is up to date.”
3. Clear cache your browser history. Just click here for the procedure.
4. Try to log in and watch the video again.
5. If you are still unable to watch, you may use Incognito tab to access the programs on iWantTFC.
