How do I change my iWantTFC Paid Subscription Plan (e.g. Premium Plan, Basic Plan (formerly known as Standard Plan)?

You can change your iWantTFC Paid Subscription Plan and even its billing cycle along with it at any time during the current subscription/billing period.

 

A. How to change from a higher-priced to a lower priced Plan (e.g. Monthly Premium Plan to Annual Basic Plan (formerly known as Standard Plan), or Annual Premium Plan to Annual Basic Plan (formerly known as Standard Plan)

 

  1. If you purchased your Plan on the iWantTFC Website using your credit/debit card: Go to Account Page and click on the CHANGE PLAN button.
  2. On the Select a Plan page, toggle between MONTHLY or ANNUAL billing cycle options
  3. Click on SELECT button at the bottom of the column for the Plan you choose.  
  4. Click CONTINUE to confirm your change of Plan. This takes effect on your next billing period.
  5. You will see a pop-up message confirming your change of Plan.   

You may continue watching your higher-priced Plan until the end of your billing period, after which (a) you will be charged the full price of the lower-priced Plan based on your chosen billing cycle, through your chosen payment method, and (b) your subscription to the lower-priced Paid Subscription Plan will start.

 

If you purchased your Plan on the iWantTFC Website using your Electronic Wallet (e-Wallet), you would have to wait for your subscription to expire before you can re-purchase a subscription Plan.

If you purchased your Monthly Premium Plan on an app store (e.g. Google, Apple, Roku), you first need to cancel your Monthly Premium Plan on the app store in order to cancel its automatic payment renewal. You may continue to enjoy ad-free viewing with your Premium Plan until the end of your current billing period. Upon expiration of your Premium Plan, you may already purchase a paid subscription plan and choose a billing cycle (Monthly or Annual) at https://iwanttfc.com.

 

If you subscribed via Google or mobile app (Android) and want to cancel your Premium subscription, click here.

If you subscribed via Apple or mobile app (iOS) and want to cancel your Premium subscription, click here.     

If you subscribed via Roku and want to cancel your Premium subscription, click here.

You may purchase Premium Plan or Basic Plan (formerly known as Standard Plan) on a monthly or annual billing cycle at the iWantTFC Website.  You may purchase Premium Plan on a monthly billing cycle via the app stores.

 

B. How to change from a lower-priced to a higher-priced Plan (e.g. Monthly Basic Plan (formerly known as Standard Plan) to Annual Basic Plan (formerly known as Standard Plan) or Annual Premium Plan)

 

Go to Account Page and click on the CHANGE PLAN button.

On the Select a Plan page, toggle between MONTHLY or ANNUAL billing cycle options

Click on SELECT button at the bottom of the column for the Plan you choose.  

Click CONTINUE to confirm your change of Plan. You will be charged immediately for the higher-priced Paid Subscription Plan less the prorated unused portion of your current plan.

You will see a pop-up message confirming your change of Plan.

Your subscription will already start. Please take note of the new billing period.

 

Your next billing date will be adjusted accordingly and the full annual subscription fee for the Paid Subscription Plan will be charged through your chosen payment method. After the end of the said billing period, you will then continue to be charged the price of the higher-priced Paid Subscription Plan based on your chosen billing cycle, through your chosen payment method.
