I still have an active paid subscription which is on auto payment renewal, what should I do to request for the deletion of my iWantTFC account?

To request the deletion of your iWantTFC account, you must first deactivate your auto payment renewal to prevent future charges. You can do this by:

On Web Browser:

1. Visit your Accounts page.

2. Click the “Cancel Plan” button at the bottom of the page.

On Mobile Apps:

1. Access your Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or Roku Account

2. Go to Subscriptions, then click on iWantTFC

3. Select “Cancel Subscription”

Once your active paid subscription expires and your account is switched to a FREE Plan, your iWantTFC account will be deleted/anonymized after the 14-day grace period.
