How can I delete my iWantTFC account?

There are two methods to initiate the deletion of your iWantTFC account:

a. Account Deletion Portal

    • You can directly request account deletion by going to this link: https://www.iwanttfc.com/myaccount/account-deletion.  

b. Account Deletion through mobile apps

    • Access your Account page within the iWantTFC mobile app

    • Locate the REQUEST FOR ACCOUNT DELETION button found at the bottom of the page.

    • Follow the on-screen prompts, which may include verifying your identity or providing a reason for deletion.

    • Confirm your request by clicking the CONTINUE button. 

Please note: Regardless of the chosen method, deleting your accounts is an irreversible process after the 14-day period has elapsed.
