How can I delete my iWantTFC account?

There are two methods to initiate the deletion of your iWantTFC account:

a. Contact Customer Support

You can directly request account deletion by emailing our Customer Support team at support@iwanttfc.com.

b. Account Deletion through mobile apps

Access your Account page within the iWantTFC mobile app

Locate the REQUEST FOR ACCOUNT DELETION button found at the bottom of the page.

Follow the on-screen prompts, which may include verifying your identity or providing a reason for deletion.

Confirm your request by clicking the CONTINUE button.

Please note: Regardless of the chosen method, deleting your accounts is an irreversible process after the 14-day grace period has elapsed.
