“iWant Feels at 25% and 10% Off”

PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The “iWant Feels at 25% and 10% Off” is a promotional offer of ABS-CBN Spain SLU (“ABS-CBN”) to give eligible customers a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on the first month of subscription to the iWant Monthly Premium Plan or a ten percent (10%) discount on the first year of subscription to the iWant Annual Premium Plan (the “Promo”) [dmc1] [DM2] during the Promo Period. By availing of the Promo, the customer accepts and agrees to comply with these Promo Terms and Conditions (the “Promo Terms”) and represents to qualify in all the eligibility requirements below. In addition, the customer agrees to accept the decisions of ABS-CBN in connection with the Promo as final, binding and non-appealable.

2. The Promo Period is from October 30, 2025 (12:00 a.m. Madrid Time[dmc3] [DM4] ) to November 30, 2025 (11:59 p.m. Madrid Time).

3. The Promo is offered and is available to anyone who purchases an iWant Monthly Premium subscription or iWant Annual Premium subscription during the Promo Period via https://iwant.ph or https://iwanttfc.com (the “iWant Website”), and meets ALL of the following requirements at the time of availing the Promo (the “Customer/s”; “You”):

a. Of legal age and in European Union countries where iWant is available; and,

b. You either:

i. Previously subscribed to an iWant Paid Subscription Plan (Basic Plan or Premium Plan) in the past ninety (90) days with subscription period ending on or before October 28, 2025 [dmc5] [DM6] and are now on the iWant Free Plan at the time of availment of the Promo during the Promo Period; OR,

ii. Registered or created an iWant Account, and is on the iWant Free Plan at the time of availment of the Promo during the Promo Period, and have viewed or are viewing content on iWant within ninety (90) days prior to the start date of the Promo Period.

4. To avail of the Promo:

1) On your device’s web browser, go to the iWant Website, enter your log-in credentials and log in to your iWant Account, or register on the iWant Website if you do not have an iWant Account yet.

2) Click the Profile icon and go to “ACCOUNT & SETTINGS” to view your account dashboard.

3) Select the “UPGRADE PLAN” button on the “Account” Page. Since you are not subscribed to a Paid Subscription Plan, this means you are upgrading from the Free Plan, to which you are automatically subscribed upon registration or upon expiration of your Paid Subscription Plan.

4) When asked to select a Plan, toggle to Monthly or Yearly Billing then select your preferred iWant Plan (Monthly Premium or Annual Premium).

5) Enter the promo code that you will receive via email or notification via website/mobile application in the field provided if you are subscribing to the iWant Monthly Premium or the Annual Premium Plan; then click/tap the “APPLY PROMO” button for the discount to be applied to the price of the subscription plan. The discounted price will appear in the Order Summary section of the Plans & Payment Page.

6) Click the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button.

7) Select your preferred payment option and enter the billing details of the debit/credit card that you will use for payment. Note that the debit/credit card you use to purchase the iWant Monthly Premium or Annual Premium Plan will also be used to pay for the said Plan upon automatic renewal.

8) Review your order in the Order Summary Section of the Plans & Payment Page beside the Payment Methods section, review the iWant Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use linked out from the same Page, then check the tick box to confirm that you have read, understood and accept the iWant Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use, and its Terms on Automatic Payment. Then, click the “PLACE ORDER” button to complete your transaction.

9) Upon successful purchase, you will be subscribed to the iWant Monthly Premium or Annual Premium Plan, as applicable, and will be redirected to the iWant homepage.

5. The discount from this Promo will not be applied to the subscription price upon automatic renewal of the iWant Monthly Premium or Annual Premium Plan that you purchased during the Promo. Upon automatic renewal of your Plan, you will be charged the prevailing regular price of your Plan, as applicable, unless you cancelled the said Plan in accordance with the iWant Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use.

6. A participating customer may avail of the Promo only once during the Promo Period and cannot be combined or applied together with any other existing promotion, offer or discount.

7. The discount from this Promo is not applicable to purchases of any Paid Subscription Plans on iWant, other than the iWant Monthly Premium or Annual Premium Plan.

8. The Promo is not available for upgrade/downgrade of any Paid Subscription Plan.

9. This Promo may be availed of for purchase on the iWant Website only of the iWant Monthly Premium or Annual Premium Plan. It is not available for purchase of the said Plans on the iWant App.

10. Your iWant subscription is subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWant (https://www.iwanttfc.com/terms-and-conditions) and Privacy Policy (https://www.iwanttfc.com/privacy-policy).

12. ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue the Promo, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever such as but not limited to causes beyond the control of ABS-CBN. To the extent allowed by applicable laws, any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

13. Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Promo and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including their directors, officers, agents, partners, and employees (the “ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from, any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Promo.

14. ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group shall not be held liable for the following: a.) technical, hardware, software malfunctions of any kind; b.) lost or unavailable network connections; c.) failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promo.

15. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

16. This Promo, including any questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of Spain.
