Try the following:
- Confirm your subscription is active.
- Make sure your computer and Chromecast device are connected to the same Wi‑Fi network.
- Restart your Chromecast device.
- Refresh the iWant website.
- Restart Google Chrome.
- Disable any VPN connection, if applicable.
If the issue continues, contact Customer Support and provide:
- Browser version
- Operating system
- TV model
- Chromecast model (if applicable)
- Screenshot of the Cast menu or error message
