What should I do if casting isn't working?

Try the following:

  • Confirm your subscription is active.
  • Make sure your computer and Chromecast device are connected to the same Wi‑Fi network.
  • Restart your Chromecast device.
  • Refresh the iWant website.
  • Restart Google Chrome.
  • Disable any VPN connection, if applicable. 

If the issue continues, contact Customer Support and provide:

  • Browser version
  • Operating system
  • TV model
  • Chromecast model (if applicable)
  • Screenshot of the Cast menu or error message
