If you change the billing cycle of your Paid Subscription Plan from monthly to annual (e.g. Monthly Premium to Annual Premium), you will be charged immediately for the price of the annual Paid Subscription Plan, less the prorated unused portion of the monthly Paid Subscription Plan. After the change of the billing cycle from monthly to annual, your subscription/billing period for the annual Paid Subscription Plan will start immediately. At the end of Your then current annual subscription period, You will continue to be charged the annual Paid Subscription Plan through your chosen payment method, unless you cancel the Automatic Payment.
If you want to change the billing cycle of your Paid Subscription Plan from annual to monthly (e.g. Annual Premium Plan to Monthly Premium Plan), the request change can only take effect after the end of the subscription/billing period of your current annual Paid Subscription Plan. After the end of the subscription period of your current annual Paid Subscription Plan, you will then be charged the price of your Paid Subscription Plan on a monthly basis through your chosen payment method, unless you cancel the Payment.
For customers in the Philippines who are on a Monthly or Annual Basic Plan which is purchased via Electronic Wallet (e-Wallet), you simply need to wait for your subscription to expire and re-purchase at a date convenient to you.
