For Standard Plan Promo customers in the United States of America

1. The “iWantTFC Standard Plan Promo” is a promotional offer of ABS-CBN International to make available the iWantTFC Standard Plan subscription, a low-tier subscription plan with monthly fee of US$4.99, with access to the latest Filipino movies and shows plus other titles from the vast library of iWantTFC, with ad insertions in between (), during the Promo Period (the “Promo”). By availing of the Promo, Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the Promo Terms and Conditions and represents to satisfy all eligibility requirements below.

2. The Promo Period is from February 15, 2023 (01:00 AM Pacific Time) to August 15, 2023 (11:59 Pacific Time). 

3. The Promo is available during the Promo Period to customers who meet all the following requirements: (i) are of legal age and residing in the United States of America, including US territories Hawaii, Guam, and Saipan; and (ii) do not currently have an iWantTFC account, or are registered users on the Free Plan, during the Promo Period (the “Customer/s”; “You”). 

4. To avail, Customer must do the following:

1.) Visit the iWantTFC website at https://iwanttfc.com (the “iWantTFC Website” / “Website”) using web browser or a mobile browser and sign up or log in to your iWantTFC account.   

2.) Click the “Account” button found on the upper right corner of the page (head icon) to view the features of the Standard Plan.  

3.) Click SELECT at the bottom of the column for Standard Plan.  

4.) Click CONTINUE to go to the Check Out Page. 

5.) On the Check Out Page, enter your payment information and take note of the payment terms. Certain eligible customers also get a 7-day Free Trial.  

6.) Agree to the iWantTFC T&Cs, the Automatic Payment, and the Free Trial T&Cs (if applicable) by checking the box. 

7.) Click on the “Place Order” button found on the bottom of the Check Out Page to complete your transaction.  

8.) You will receive a pop-up message confirming your purchase of the Standard Plan. You will be charged the monthly subscription fee of US$4.99 on Automatic Payment Renewal on a monthly basis, unless you cancel.

The Customer’s iWantTFC Subscription is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWantTFC, and applicable Privacy Policy, which Customer must review and accept during the registration on the iWantTFC website, also available in these links: https://tfc.tv/terms-and-conditions and https://tfc.tv/privacy-policy.

7. The terms of this Promo do not apply to Premium Plan subscribers. Premium Plan subscribers may downgrade to the Standard Plan, subject to, and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWantTFC. 

8. ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promo with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN.  Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Promo and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Promo. 

10. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
