For customers in the US

1. The “25% Discount on iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan” campaign is a promotional offer of ABS-CBN International (“ABS-CBN”) to give eligible customers a twenty-five percent (25%) discount on the initial subscription to the iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan during the Promo Period (the “Promo”). By availing of the Promo, the customer accepts and agrees to comply with these Promo Terms and Conditions (the “Promo Terms”) and represents to qualify in all the eligibility requirements below. In addition, the customer agrees to accept the decisions of ABS-CBN in connection with the Promo as final, binding and non-appealable.

2. The Promo Period is from May 1, 2025 (12:00 a.m. Pacific Time) to May 15, 2025 (11:59 p.m. Pacific Time).

3. The Promo is offered and is available to anyone who purchases an iWantTFC Monthly Premium subscription during the Promo Period via https://iwanttfc.com (the “iWantTFC Website”), and meets ALL of the following requirements at the time of availing the Promo (the “Customer/s”; “You”): 

4. To avail of the Promo:

            1) On your browser, go to https://iwanttfc.com, enter your credentials and log in to your iWantTFC Account, or register if you do not have an iWantTFC Account yet.

            2) Select “ACCOUNT” to view your account dashboard. 

            3) Click the “UPGRADE” button on the “My Account” Page. You are automatically on the FREE Plan if you have an iWantTFC Account but are not subscribed to the Basic Plan or the Premium Plan.

            4) Once on the Select-A-Plan Page, toggle the Premium Plan to Monthly then click the “SELECT” button under the Premium Plan option.

            5) Click the “CONTINUE” button.

            6) Once on the Checkout Page, enter the billing details of the payment/credit card that you will use for payment. Note that the payment/credit card you use to purchase the iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan will also be used to pay for the said Plan upon automatic renewal. Note further that the Promo discount will no longer apply to the renewals of your iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan.

            7) Input on the field provided the special Alphanumeric Promo Code (“Promo Code”) that was sent to you via email or via notification on your iWantTFC Account and click the "APPLY" button. The price that will appear on the _Checkout Page will be the price of the Monthly Premium Plan after the discount is applied.

            8) Check the tick box to confirm that you have read, understood and accept the iWantTFC Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use, and its Terms on Automatic Payment. Check the tick box for CAPTCHA, then click the “PLACE ORDER” button to complete your transaction.

            9) Upon successful purchase, you will be subscribed to the iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan and will be redirected to the iWantTFC homepage. 

5. The 25% discount from this Promo will only be applied to your initial  subscription to the iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan. Upon automatic renewal of your iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan, the 25% discount for this Promo will no longer apply, and you will be charged the regular price of the iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan unless you cancel the said Plan in accordance with the iWantTFC Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use.  

6. The 25% discount from this Promo is not applicable to purchases of Paid Subscription Plans on iWantTFC, other than the Monthly Premium Plan.

7. This Promo may only be availed of for the purchase on the iWantTFC Website of the iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan. It is not available for purchase of the said Plan on the iWantTFC App.

8. Participating Customer may avail of the Promo and use the Promo Code only once during the Promo Period and cannot be combined or applied together with any other existing promotion, offer or discount. 

9. The Customer’s iWantTFC subscription is subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWantTFC (https://www.iwanttfc.com/terms-and-conditions) and Privacy Policy (https://www.iwanttfc.com/privacy-policy).

ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue the Promo, temporarily or permanently, with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever such as but not limited to causes beyond the control of ABS-CBN.  To the extent allowed by applicable laws, any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Promo and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including their directors, officers, agents, partners, and employees (the “ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from, any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Promo. 

13. ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group shall not be held liable for the following: a.) technical, hardware, software malfunctions of any kind; b.) lost or unavailable network connections; c.) failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promo. 

14. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 

15. This Promo, including any questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of California, USA.
