“25% Discount on iWantTFC Premium Monthly Plan”

PROMO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The “25% Discount on iWantTFC Premium Monthly Plan” campaign is a promotional offer of ABS-CBN International (“ABS-CBN”) to provide twenty-five percent (25%) discount for a one-month subscription period to the iWantTFC Premium Monthly Plan to eligible customers who purchase or avail of an iWantTFC Premium Monthly Plan subscription during the Promo Period (the “Promo”). By availing of the Promo, Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the Promo Terms and Conditions and represents to satisfy all eligibility requirements below. In addition, Customer agrees to accept the decisions of ABS-CBN in connection with the Promo as final, binding and non-appealable.

2. The Promo Period is from March 21, 2024 (12:00 a.m. Pacific Time) to April 5, 2024 (11:59 p.m. Pacific Time).

3. The Promo is offered and is available to ABS-CBN customers who will purchase an iWantTFC Premium Monthly subscription during the Promo Period via web purchase, and who meet ALL of the following requirements at the time of availing the Promo (the “Customer/s”; “You”):

a. You are of legal age and legally residing in the United States; and,

b. You previously subscribed to an iWantTFC paid subscription plan (Standard Plan or Premium Plan) at any time during the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023, and are now on the iWantTFC Free Plan.

4. To avail of the Promo, participating Customer must do the following:

1) On your browser, go to https://iwanttfc.com, enter your credentials and log in to your iWantTFC account.

2) Select “ACCOUNT” to view your account dashboard.

3) Click the “UPGRADE” button on the “My Account” Page. You should currently be on a FREE Plan without any active Standard Plan or Premium Plan subscription.

4) Click the “SELECT” button under Premium Monthly Plan option.

5) Click the “CONTINUE” button.

6) Enter your payment/credit card billing details on the “Checkout” Page.

7) Input the 8-character alphanumeric Promo Code, which you received via email, in the Promo Code field and click the “APPLY” button. Wait for the total price to be updated. The total price will reflect the rate of the Premium Monthly Plan after the discount is applied.

8) Check the tick box to confirm that you have read, understood and accept the iWantTFC Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use, and its Terms on Automatic Payment. Check the tick box for CAPTCHA, then click the “PLACE ORDER” button to complete your transaction.

9) Upon successful purchase, you are now subscribed to iWantTFC Premium Monthly Plan and will be redirected to the iWantTFC homepage.

5. The 25% discount for a one-month subscription period will be applied only to the first month of subscription to the iWantTFC Premium plan. Thereafter, regular price for monthly subscription will apply on an auto-renewal basis unless you cancel.

6. This Promo is only available for purchases through the iWantTFC website at https://iwanttfc.com. This is not available for purchases on the iWantTFC app.

7. Participating Customer may avail of the Promo, and use the Promo Code, only once during the Promo Period. This limited-time promotion cannot be combined or applied with any other existing promotion, offer or discount.

8. The Promo Code to be emailed to you is unique and you are responsible for it. You agree and acknowledge that if the Promo Code is used by another individual/customer, you will no longer be able to use the same Promo Code for yourself, and ABS-CBN shall not be obliged to provide you with replacement Promo Code.

9. The Customer’s iWantTFC subscription is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWantTFC (https://www.iwanttfc.com/terms-and-conditions) and applicable Privacy Policy (https://www.iwanttfc.com/privacy-policy).

11. ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promo with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN. Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

12. Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Promo and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including their directors, officers, agents, partners, and employees (“ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Promo.

13. ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group shall not be held liable for the following: a.) technical, hardware, software malfunctions of any kind; b.) lost or unavailable network connections; c.) failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promo.

14. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

15. This Promo, including any questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of California, USA.
