Middle East Promo Terms and Conditions

1. The “iWantTFC Middle East Promo” campaign is a promotional offer of ABS-CBN Europe Ltd. (“ABS-CBN”) to provide twenty-five percent (25%) discount on the monthly subscription fee for the iWantTFC Monthly Plan (i.e., Monthly Basic or Monthly Premium) on the first three months only, or ten percent (10%) discount on the annual subscription fee for the iWantTFC Annual Plan (i.e., Annual Basic or Annual Premium), for the first year only, to eligible customers who purchase or avail the said plans during the Promo Period (the “Promo”).  By availing of the Promo, Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the Promo Terms and Conditions and represents to satisfy all eligibility requirements below. In addition, Customer agrees to accept the decisions of ABS-CBN in connection with the Promo as final, binding and non-appealable.

2. The Promo Period is from October 21, 2024 (12:00 am Dubai Time) to December 31, 2024 (11:59 pm Dubai Time).

3. The Promo is open to all customers in the Middle East countries (where iWantTFC service is available) who will subscribe to either (i) iWantTFC Monthly Basic Plan; or, (ii) iWantTFC Monthly Premium Plan; or, (iii) iWantTFC Annual Basic Plan; or, (iv) iWantTFC Annual Premium Plan, via web purchase, and who meet ALL of the following requirements at the time of availing the Promo (the “Customer/s”; “You”): 

4. To avail of the Promo, participating Customer must do the following:

            1) On your browser, go to https://iwanttfc.com, enter your credentials and log in to your iWantTFC account. If you have no iWantTFC account yet, Create an Account and log in.

            2) Select “ACCOUNT” to view your account dashboard. 

            3) Click the “UPGRADE” button on the “My Account” Page. You should currently be on a FREE Plan without any active Basic Plan or Premium Plan subscription.

            4) Click the “SELECT” button under the desired Plan option (i.e., Monthly Basic, Monthly Premium, Annual Basic, or Annual Premium).

            5) Click the “CONTINUE” button.

            6) Enter your payment/credit card billing details on the “Checkout” Page.

            7) Input the iWantTFC Promo Code in the field provided and click the "APPLY" button. Wait for the total price to be updated. The total price will reflect the rate of your desired Plan option (i.e., Monthly Basic, Monthly Premium, Annual Basic, or Annual Premium) after the discount is applied.

            8) Check the tick box to confirm that you have read, understood and accept the iWantTFC Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use, and its Terms on Automatic Payment. Check the tick box for CAPTCHA, then click the “PLACE ORDER” button to complete your transaction.

            9) Upon successful purchase, you are now subscribed to your desired iWantTFC Plan and will be redirected to the iWantTFC homepage. 

5. If you subscribe to the iWantTFC Monthly Plan (i.e., Monthly Basic or Monthly Premium) during the Promo Period, the twenty-five percent (25%) discount on the monthly subscription fee will be applied to the first three (3) months only of the monthly subscription fee for the iWantTFC Monthly Plan (i.e., Monthly Basic or Monthly Premium); thereafter, your Monthly Plan will auto-renew at the regular price of the monthly subscription fee after three (3) months, unless you cancel.

6. If you subscribe to the iWantTFC Annual Plan (i.e., Annual Basic or Annual Premium) during the Promo Period), the ten percent (10%) discount on the annual subscription fee will be applied to the first year only of the annual subscription fee for the iWantTFC Annual Plan (i.e., Annual Basic or Annual Premium); thereafter, your Annual Plan will auto-renew at the regular price of the annual subscription fee after one (1) year, unless you cancel. 

7. This Promo is only available for purchases through the iWantTFC website at https://iwanttfc.com. This is not available for purchases on the iWantTFC app.

8. Participating Customer may avail of the Promo, and use the Promo Code, only once during the Promo Period. This limited-time promotion cannot be combined or applied with any other existing promotion, offer or discount. 

9. The Customer’s iWantTFC subscription is subject to the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWantTFC (https://www.iwanttfc.com/terms-and-conditions) and applicable Privacy Policy (https://www.iwanttfc.com/privacy-policy).

ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promo with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN.  Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Promo and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including their directors, officers, agents, partners, and employees (“ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Promo. 

13. ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group shall not be held liable for the following: a.) technical, hardware, software malfunctions of any kind; b.) lost or unavailable network connections; c.) failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promo. 

14. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 

15. This Promo, including any questions concerning the validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
