I forgot my password; how do I retrieve it?

You may retrieve your password by following these steps: 

A. Log in via Email Address

1. Go to iWantTFC page then click LOG IN.

2. From the log in page, click on Forgot your Password.

3. Enter your email address registered on iWantTFC then click SUBMIT.

4. Reset password link will be sent to your email address.

5. Check your Inbox or Spam/Junk folders and click the password reset link.

6. Create your new password and click Submit.

7. Log in again to iWantTFC using your new password.

B. Log in via Mobile Number

1. Go to iWantTFC page then click LOG IN.

2. From the log in page, click on Forgot your Password.

3. Click Use Mobile Number

4. Enter your mobile number registered on iWantTFC then click SUBMIT.

5. OTP Code will be sent to you via SMS.

6. Enter the OTP Code.

7. Create your new password and click Submit.

8. Log in again to iWantTFC using your new password.
