How do I change my password?

You may change your password by following these steps:

A. Log in via Email Address

1. On the log in page, click on "Forgot Password?"

2. Enter your email address registered on iWant then click "Proceed".

3. The OTP will be sent to your email address.

4. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your email and click "Verify".

5. Create your new password and click "Proceed".

6. Your password is reset. Click "Done".

7. Log in again to iWant using your new password.

B. Log in via Mobile Number

1. On the log in page, click on "Forgot your Password".

2. Click the "Click Here to use Mobile Number".

3. Enter your mobile number registered on iWant then click "Proceed".

4. An OTP Code will be sent to you via SMS.

5. Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) and click "Verify".

6. Create your new password and click "Proceed".

7. Your password is reset. Click "Done".

8. Log in again to iWant using your new password.

NOTE: For Philippine users, password reset via mobile number is unavailable.
