The video will not load on my iOS device, and it redirects me back to the episode page

1. Make sure your iWantTFC app is updated to the latest version. (see guide on how to update iWantTFC app via App Store) https://help.iwanttfc.com/support/solutions/articles/61000309471-how-do-i-update-iwanttfc-app-for-ios-

2. Close or restart your iWantTFC app.

3. Re-launch the app and try to watch the video again.

4. If you are still unable to watch using the app, you may try to use mobile browsers like Safari, Chrome or Firefox.
