iWant Basic Plan Promo Terms and Conditions

1. The “iWant Basic Plan Promo” is a promotional offer to make available the iWant Basic Plan subscription, a low-tier subscription plan with monthly fee of US$4.99 and yearly fee of US$43.99, with access to the latest Filipino movies and shows plus other titles from the vast library of iWant, with ad insertions in between, during the Promo Period (the “Promo”). By availing of the Promo, Customer unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with the Promo Terms and Conditions and represents to satisfy all eligibility requirements below.

2. The Promo Period is from September 24, 2025 (12:00AM Pacific Time) to January 31, 2026 (11:59 PM Pacific Time).

3. The Promo is available during the Promo Period to customers who meet all the following requirements: (i) are of legal age and residing in the United States of America, including US territories Hawaii, Guam, and Saipan; and (ii) do not currently have an iWant account, or are registered users on the Free Plan, during the Promo Period (the “Customer/s”; “You”).

4. To avail, Customer must do the following:

        1.) Visit the iWant website at https://iwanttfc.com/ (the “iWant Website” / “Website” using web browser or a mobile                    browser and sign up or log in to your iWant account.

        2.) Click the “Account & Settings” found on the upper right corner of the page (head icon) to be redirected to the                           Account Page.

        3.) Click UPGRADE PLAN on the Subscription section.

        4.) On the Plans & Payment Page, select the Basic Plan and click on the toggle switch to choose between monthly and                yearly billing.

        5.) Click PROCEED TO PAYMENT at the bottom of the Page.

        6.) Select payment method and enter your payment information and take note of the payment terms.

        7.) Agree to the iWant T&Cs, the Automatic Payment by checking the box.

        8.) Click on the “Place Order” button found on the bottom of the Order Summary section to complete your transaction.

        9.) You will receive a pop-up message confirming your purchase of the Basic Plan. You will be charged the monthly                      subscription fee of US$4.99 or yearly subscription fee of US$43.99 on Automatic Payment Renewal on a monthly or               yearly basis, unless you cancel.

7. The terms of this Promo do not apply to Premium Plan and GMA Pinoy Bundle subscribers. Premium Plan and GMA Pinoy Bundle subscribers may downgrade to the Basic Plan, subject to, and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWant.

8. ABS-CBN reserves the right, at its sole discretion to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Promo with or without prior notice to Customer for any reason whatsoever or any other problems beyond the control of ABS-CBN. Any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without notice and without incurring any liability whatsoever.

Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Promo and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“ABS-CBN Group”) shall not be liable for, and that Customer shall hold ABS-CBN and the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Promo.

10. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Terms and Conditions shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
