1. The “iWant New Year Promo” campaign is a promotional offer by ABS-CBN Corporation (“ABS-CBN”) to give Eligible Customers (defined below) a discount on the initial or first-year of subscription to an iWant Annual Premium Plan during the Promo Period (the “Promo”). By availing of the Promo, the Eligible Customer accepts and agrees to comply with these Promo Terms and Conditions (the “Promo Terms”) and represents that he complies with all the eligibility requirements below.
2. The computation of the iWant Annual Basic Plan and iWant Annual Premium Plan, during the Promo Period, is as follows:

3. The Promo Period is from December 15, 2025, to January 31, 2026.
4. The Promo is offered and is available to users who will purchase an iWant Annual Basic Plan or an Annual Premium Plan subscription during the Promo Period via https://iWant.ph (the “iWant Website”), and meets ALL of the following requirements at the time of availing the Promo (the “Eligible Customer/s”; “You”):
a. Of legal age and legally residing in the Philippines; and,
b. At the time of the availment of the Promo, he/she is: (1) on an iWant Free Plan or does not have an existing or active paid subscription plan; or (2) has no existing iWant account and will register to avail of the Promo. The Promo is not available for upgrade/downgrade of an existing subscription plan.
5. To avail of the Promo:
a) On your browser, go to https://iWant.ph, log in to your iWant Account, or register if you do not have an iWant Account yet.
b) Click the Profile icon and go to “ACCOUNT & SETTINGS” to view your account dashboard.
c) Select the “UPGRADE PLAN” button on the “Account” Page. You are automatically on the iWant Free Plan if you have an iWant Account but are not subscribed to the Basic Plan or the Premium Plan.
d) When asked to select a plan, toggle to Yearly Billing then select either Annual “BASIC PLAN” or Annual “PREMIUM PLAN.”
e) Enter the promo code “IWANT299” for Annual Basic Plan or “IWANT999” for Annual Premium Plan on the field provided and click the “APPLY PROMO” button for the discount to be applied to the price of the subscription plan.
f) Click the “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” button to confirm purchase.
g) Select your preferred payment method option and enter the billing details of the payment method that you will use for payment. Note that the payment method used to purchase the iWant Annual Basic or Annual Premium Plan during the Promo Period will also be used to pay for the said plan upon automatic renewal. The discount received during the Promo will no longer apply to the renewal/s of your iWant Annual Basic or Annual Premium Plan.
h) Review your order in the Order Summary Page and check the tick box to confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the iWant Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use, and its Terms on Automatic Payment. Then, click the “PLACE ORDER” button to complete your transaction.
i) Upon successful purchase, you will be subscribed to the iWant Annual Basic Plan or Annual Premium Plan and will be redirected to the iWant homepage.
6. The discount from this Promo will be applied only to your initial or first-year subscription to the iWant Annual Basic Plan or Annual Premium Plan. Upon automatic renewal of your iWant Annual Basic Plan or Annual Premium Plan, the discount for this Promo will no longer apply, and you will be charged the regular price of the iWant Annual Basic Plan or Annual Premium Plan, unless you cancel the said plan in accordance with the iWant Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use.
7. This Promo is not applicable to purchases of paid subscription plans other than the iWant Annual Basic Plan or iWant Annual Premium Plan.
8. This Promo may only be availed of through purchase on the iWant Website. It is not available for purchases of the said plans on the iWant App, other partners, and platforms.
9. Eligible Customers may avail of the Promo only once during the Promo Period and cannot be combined or applied together with any other existing promotions, offers, or discounts.
10. The Eligible Customer’s subscription is subject to the applicable Terms and Conditions of Subscription and/or Use of iWant (https://www.iwanttfc.com/terms-and-conditions) and its Privacy Policy (https://www.iwanttfc.com/privacy-policy).
11. The Eligible Customer agrees and accepts that all decisions of ABS-CBN in connection with the Promo are final, binding and non-appealable.

13. ABS-CBN reserves the right, with DTI’s approval if necessary, to cancel, modify, withdraw, or discontinue the Promo, temporarily or permanently, for any reason whatsoever such as but not limited to causes beyond the control of ABS-CBN. To the extent allowed by applicable laws, any such cancellation, modification or suspension may be done by ABS-CBN without incurring any liability whatsoever.
14. Eligible Customer warrants that he/she has voluntarily availed of the Promo and agrees and acknowledges that ABS-CBN and its subsidiaries and affiliates, including their directors, officers, agents, partners, and employees (collectively, the “ABS-CBN Group”’) shall not be liable for, and that Eligible Customer shall hold the ABS-CBN Group free and harmless from any loss, claim, suit, proceedings, or damage in connection with the Customer’s participation in, or availment of, the Promo.
15. Eligible Customer acknowledges that the ABS-CBN Group shall not be held liable for the following: a.) technical, hardware, software malfunctions of any kind; b.) lost or unavailable network connections; or c.) failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by you or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized by you in this Promo.
16. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of the Promo Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, the Promo Terms shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.
17. This Promo, including any questions concerning the validity, interpretation, and enforceability of the Promo Terms will be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
