Why can’t I change my subscription plan?

You may not see the Change Plan option for a few reasons:

1. Your subscription was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

2. Your subscription was purchased via voucher, or has a complimentary or TFC Everywhere (TVE) subscription


What you can do:

If you subscribed via Apple or Google, you’ll need to:

1. Cancel your subscription on the same platform where you purchased it.

2. Wait for the current subscription to expire.

3. After it expires, you can subscribe to a new plan through the iWant website.


If you subscribed via Voucher, you’ll need to:

1. Wait for the current subscription to expire.

2. After it expires, you can subscribe to a new plan through the iWant website.


Note: Plan changes aren’t available while an active app store, complimentary, or TVE subscription is in place.
