I'm getting Failed to login Error IOA-400-eV2134

Please try the troubleshooting steps:


1. Check Your Internet Connection - Ensure you have a stable connection (at least 5 Mbps for smooth streaming). If needed, restart your Wi-Fi router or try a different network.


2. Restart/Relaunch the App - Fully close the iWant app then reopen it and try playing the video again.


3. Clear Cache/App Cache. This helps remove temporary data that might be causing playback problems

• For mobile/TV app - Go to your device settings → Apps → iWant → Storage → Clear Cache.

• For Browsers – Go to browser settings → Clear cache/cookies/data 

• For Safari – Select Clear history on menu bar → Choose All History and click Clear History


4. App Check - Uninstall and reinstall the app from the official store to fix issues caused by outdated or corrupted files and to make sure that you have the latest version of the iWant app installed.


5. Device Check: Restart your current device or try accessing iWant on another device (e.g., phone, tablet, or browser) to see if the issue persists
