Video problem might be due to an issue with the settings of your computer.

2. Google Chrome will automatically check for updates and ensure the status is “Google Chrome is up to date.”
3. Clear browser cache. Just click here for the procedure.
4. Try to log in and watch the video again.
5. If you are still unable to watch, you may use Incognito tab to access the programs on iWantTFC.
6. You can also use different browsers like Firefox, Edge or Safari (for Apple computers).
