I only see "Sorry we encountered an error playing this video. Please try again" using Safari

Video problem might be due to an issue on the settings of your device. 

Here are some steps that you can follow to resolve the error:

1. Make sure your Safari browser is updated to the latest version. Just click here to check if your Safari browser is updated.

2.  Clear browser cache. Just click here for the procedure on how to clear cache. 

3.  Try to log in and watch the video again.

4. If you are still unable to watch you may also use different browsers like Firefox, Chrome, or Edge. For mobile devices, our iWantTFC mobile app is also available for download via App Store and Google Play.
